Reflecting on our holiday. My family and I have just returned from 2 weeks in glorious NZ. One of the highlights had to be the service we received from Papakura Minivan Rentals. I booked the van online which was really easy! There were no hidden costs which was a relief! Friendly staff and good customer services. It took my family with all our luggage all over the North Island without a single hitch. Having a reliable, cost effective and comfortable van made our trip so easy. Also had a etertainment unit to entertain my family while we drove here and there. it was so easy in fact that we were able to focus on the wonderful sights and activities with no thought about getting to and from the snow, caves, springs, lakes, beaches or hikes. Pick up and drop off were quick and efficient with very friendly staff who seemed to genuinely care we had a great trip. Changing the pick up or drop off was just a call away and I have no hesitation in recommending Papakura Minivan Rentals to all my friends and family who want to visit NZ. We’ll certainly be back. We travelled from United States to Auckland for a family reunion. To go around we rented Papa Jai\'s van, all I can say it was a great fit for all of us. Thanks Jai for supplying us with a 13 seater van to transport our workers to our company conference meeting at very short notice.The van was very good to drive and very tidy inside and out.All rental documents presented was easy to understand and explained fully,allowing us to sign and be on our way in under 5 minutes...great stuff!

Awesome service. Very friendly staff. I hired 12 seater which was very comfy. No problem at all through out my journey and enjoyed to our fullest. Awesome customer service with awesome deals. Loving the 13 seater high roof hiaces with the flat screen TV and usb loaded with movies. Our kids get happy whenever they see Papavan. Gem of a service
I called Papa vans after hours to book a 10/12 seated for the weekend and he had one available for us. I offered to pay a deposit to secure the service but he declined and said all the paperwork will be sorted out on pick up and it was in under 5mins. The van seemed to have just rolled out of a showroom, very neat and the entertainment section was great. New vans and prices are the best around at the moment. Everyone looking at van rentals must try Papa van.
Excellent and easy
We hired a 12 seater van for labour weekend. Papakura Minivan rentals were so easy and efficient to deal with and the vans are so affordable and flexible to pay either cash or credit card with no hidden costs. The kids loved the flat screen tv and the van was really nice and fuel efficient on long journeys. We will definitely be booking again in the near future.
